RESIDENTIALS
Flats/ Houses
Studio Flats
£12
£ 12 per hour for small studio flats.
This will be paid directly to the cleaner and does not include agency fees.
We also offer free complimentary incense/ wax melts for your home to create beautiful long lasting freshness.
Flats
£12 - £20
£12 per hour for ONE Bedroom
£15 per hour for TWO Bedrooms
£20 per hour for THREE - FOUR Bedrooms
We also offer free complimentary incense/ wax melts for your home to create beautiful long lasting freshness.
This will be paid directly to the cleaner when they complete the job. Cash or bank transfers are accepted. This does not include agency fees.
Minimum 2.5 hours.
End of tenancy - Deep clean
£100-250
An end of tenancy clean can be stressful for a landlord, let’s take care of that for you.
For our one-off deep clean service, we charge:
£100 for a SMALL STUDIO FLAT
£120 for a ONE BEDROOM FLAT
£150 for a TWO BED HOUSE/FLAT
£170 for THREE BED HOUSE/FLAT
£200 for FOUR BED HOUSE/FLAT
£250 for FIVE BED HOUSE/FLAT
Houses
£25
For homes we charge £25 per hour no matter the size or how often you use our service.
The fee will be paid directly to the cleaner via cash or bank transfer. This does not include agency fees.
Minimum 2.5 hours.
We offer complimentary wax melts and linen sprays for each customers, free of charge!
Commercial Cleaning Services
Office Cleaning Cost
£35
We charge £35 per hour for offices.
This will be paid directly to the cleaner and will not cover costs of agency fees. Minimum 2 hours.
We recommend that offices supply mops, buckets and industrial vacuums.
All agency fees will be taken via direct debit on a monthly basis, and cover the cost of supplies purchased by the cleaner.
